Smoked Holiday Hams

Our Smoked Holiday Hams spend their time in the pit, then get finished with a mustard molasses glaze that brings in a little orange, clove, and ginger. They’re sweet, savory, and smoky in all the right ways. Half hams are $90 and roughly 10lbs. Reserve yours early, then pick it up anytime between December 14th and 24th—hot and ready to serve, or cold with reheating instructions and extra glaze to add at home.

The Turkey They Wait For All Year

Our honey-brined birds are smoked low and slow until they’re tender, juicy, and ready to earn a spot in the middle of your table. Pick one up hot and ready, bring it home, and take all the credit—we won’t tell. Pre-orders begin October 5th, and these birds have a habit of selling out by November, so don’t wait too long.

Holiday parties are about good people and good food, and nobody should spend the whole night stuck in the kitchen. Pick your favorite smoked meats and sides, and we’ll pack it all up ready to share. Just right for the office party, the neighborhood get-together, or the whole family crowding around the table.

Meat Quantities (Pick 3): 3lb pulled pork, 4 half chickens, 12 hotlinks, 2 racks of ribs, 2 lbs tri-tip, 2 lbs brisket.

Side Quantities (Pick 4): 2 pints of coleslaw, potato salad, mac & cheese or beans. 1/2 pan garden salad. 2 loaves garlic bread.

Fall’s here, and so is the bird. We’ve got the smokers fired up and the turkey coming off nice and juicy every day, until it’s sold out.
